Who wants to live a good life? We all want to feel viable and meaningful as we age. We want to remain physically active, healthy and fiscally comfortable. Health and vitality are more than the absence of disease, those products are actively involved in the welfare of our regular work on yourself mentally, spiritually and physically. This is what makes the difference between those who are a symbol of health, and those who are lethargic and consumed with chronic conditions such as age.How old you feel may be more important than chronological age.

Growing old is a natural process in which things are slowing down. At some point, surrender in the fight against wrinkles, and see the glow in your heart and a twinkle in your eyes that you nicely out of their youth.

When you embrace your age, without shame or fear, you live a richer, more authentic and balanced life. Change your negative perspective, and you start back. As time passes, when you stop focusing on "symptoms" of aging, and focus on the miracle of life, you will be happier, smarter, more resilient, and enhance their relationships with like-minded others. Practicing kindness, patience and forgiveness for yourself and others is the foundation of wisdom and sage living life. We can all be mentors and teachers for generations to come, but first we need to live life!

Remember to be open to change. As you get older, you May be change averse. Be open to adjustment of personality, habits and routines can add a spark of life. Non of us are too old to grow! Keep your curious mind. Keep it interesting and interested in life. Get Connected with the world. Do not give the feeling of fixed and isolated. Accept what is true for you in your life. After friends and social schedule gets the focus off themselves and will be dealt with in the world. Figure out how to make a difference, then do it! Remain purposeful, to start a support group, volunteer, mentor a young person. Go to the group or class. Make a difference in others lives.

Follow these tips to the age of grace:

* Start walking or interval run / walk at least 30 minutes five days a week.
* Check the position. Stop complaining about feeling old. Be grateful and loving in everything you do.
* Meditate. Every day for 15-20 minutes in silence engage the mind and breathe deeply.
* Journaling helps to organize your thinking, releases negative emotions and may be a legacy for your family.
* Get out of the box. Do something else that forces you to solve problems.
* Embrace your fight - you earned it! Find beauty in years.
